Q1, can you provide free samples?
A. Yes, if we have free samples, but the freight will be charged by you, the sample time will be 3-7 days. If we do not have it in stock, we charge a mold fee for the customized sample and refund the mold cost after ordering. Freight collect. Sample time 15 to 20 days
Q2. Can we customize the packaging with our brand?
A. yes, we can. The MOQ for packaging printing is 3000pcs. If the quantity is less than 3000pcs, the packaging cost will be higher.
In the third quarter. What's your production time?
A. Generally, within 45 working days after the pre-production sample is confirmed. But it needs to be reconfirmed in peak season.
The fourth quarter. What is your payment
30% deposit by telegraphic transfer, 70% balance by copy of bill of lading before delivery.
