Q4: How can we guarantee quality?
A: A pre-production sample for your confirmation before mass production. During production we have a quality control department to check every products. Then also a final inspection before shipment.
Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 45-55 days for products with customized logo/packaging.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% TT deposit and balance before delivery or against copy of B/L. Pictures of the products and packages will be shown before you pay the balance.
Q7: If we don’t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?

Q8: How do you do if your clients received defective products?
A: If there are some defective items, pls show us photos. We usually replace in next shipment or deduct equal amount in next shipment.
