Q1, Can you provide sample free of charge ?
A.Yes, if we have stock sample free of charge but freight collected by you, sample time 3-7days. If we don’t have stock We charge mold fee for a customized sample and return the mold cost back after order placed. Freight collect. Sample time 15-20days
Q2. Can you do custom packaging with our brand ?
A. Yes, we can. MOQ for packaging printing is 3000pcs Quantity lower than 3000pcs packaging cost will be higher.
Q3. What’s your production time ?
A.Normally 45 working days after confirming pre-production sample.but it need to be reconfirmed in the peak season.
Q4. What’s your payment
A.30% TT deposit,70% balance paid against copy B/L before shipping.
