Before first use

Put 1/4 cup of white rice into mortar, grind it into powder, check for stone debris. Repeat this process 1-3 times until the rice powder is free of stone debris. Hand wash mortar pestle with warm water only, let is air dry, it is ready to use.

Cleaning

To clean stone mortar pestle, handwash recommended in hot water only, with plastic brush and allow to dry. Dishwasher not allow to use.

Yes, if sample mould we already have, sample charge free, freight collect. If new model some charge please contact us, freight of sample collect.

We have mould 10-15days, If we will make new mould it need 15-21days.

Depends on quantity, usually 40-45days for quantity less than 3000.
